4,150 dogs and cats are waiting for a home in Taiwan's public animal shelters. Updated daily from government open data. Adopt, don't shop.
Browse available dogs and cats by city and species. Note the animal's ID and shelter.
Confirm the animal is still available before you visit — status changes daily.
Bring your ID card (must be 20+). Meet the animal and make sure it's a good fit.
Sign the adoption form; most shelters provide free microchipping, registration and neutering.
